This type valves are belong to Pilot Piston-type Pressure Reducing Valve. They are formed by two main parts: main valve and pilot. The main valve is formed by seat, main disc, piston, piston ring and spring etc. the pilot is formed by seat, disc, diaphragm, spring and adjusting spring. Turning the adjusting screw clockwise and setting the outlet pressure upto needed. The diaphragm sense the change of outlet pressure, then drives the main valve piston, auto adjusting the main valve throttle, thus keep the pressure of outlet stable.
The valves of this type are main use for steam.
