Introduction – DSC Air Trap

An Inverted Bucket Air Traps is a self-contained and automatic valve which drains the condensate automatically from air piping, compressed air systems, gas system, and receiver tanks.Most of the traps can be fitted with a pressure at balancing line to ensure air can escape from the trap body to prevent air locking.

 

The function of Steam Trap

1. Discharge the Condensate Immediately and completely.
2. Ensure air can escape from the trap body to prevent air locking
3. TLarge internal space – discharge the condensate at the application of air compressed system with oil pollution
4. The inside design of valve seat of Inverted Bucket type on the top – First drain oil then second drain water during working process, so it is easy to drain oil from the system.
5. Make sure there is water inside Inverted Bucket Air Trap so as to make function working.
6. Special Standard or air pressure is more than 40 kg/ cm2. Please kindly contact with us.
