Introduction – BOWLING Brand Ball Float Type Automatic Air Vent
The principle of operation of BOWLING BRAND No. 11AV STAINLESS STEEL AIR VENT is based on the different density between liquid and air/ gas. When water goes into air vent, the float ball starts floating up and closes the valve seat. There is storage for air between the valve seat and water surface. In addition, the water will not contact with the valve seat, so water will not leak out. When air goes into air vent, the float ball starts going down so as to make valve seat open. After discharging until water surface up to the original, the valve seat will be at close position again.
- Suit to the top position of the pump application, pipeline or storage tank with differential pressure.
- All sealed stainless steel body: high strength and corrossion resistance.
- With strainer on the inlet position which can restrain impurity. (optional)
- Downside inlet and upside outlet. vertical installation only.
